Minority children have a higher percentage of asthma, I remember a study and the said one factor of why child who are minority had asthma is because a majority of them live in the inner city, where there was certain pollutants would aggravated their lungs. His point about that was parents who told their children to act like they had asthma.
If he didn't go off on a tangent and go ballistic, the point he was trying to make would had made some sense. I think his whole arguement is about parents, doctors, and programs but I can understand where other people think his arguement is about something else.

He didn't even mention ADD or ADHD, at all, he was talking about straight up autism.
Now if he was just ranting about how everyone thinks they have a disorder, that's one thing, but he clearly said 99% of the kids diagnosed with autism were just being brats and all they need is a good beating, if I was the parent of an autistic kid I'd want that guy's f*cking head mounted on my wall.
Savage is just utterly incapable of relating to anyone different from him, so he can never acknowledge that someone could have a problem that an upper class, middle aged, conservative christian white man doesn't have.
You're a black guy who is poor and can't find a job? Nah you're just being lazy. You're being discriminated against? No you're not. You have AIDS? Too bad, you shouldn't have slept around you whore. Got raped? You must have asked for it. Your kids have a mental disorder? No they don't, you're a bad parent, beat the f*ck out of them.
This is basically how he makes his living.
