It all depends though. I have classical music that obviously predates all modern music but Beethoven was crap at ripping CD's so that doesn't count either. 1958 with a couple of Miles Davis releases I guess.
Speaking of Davis, I've been trying last few days to get his discography. I still need Quintet/Sextet, Jazz Track, Directions, and most albums which predate 1949 including:

The Complete Savory And Dial Sessions (1945-1951)
First Miles (1945)
Billie's Bounce (1945)
Yardbird In Lotus Land (1946)
The Love Songs Of Mr.B (1946)
Flying Home (1947)
Cool Bird (1947)
The Band That Never Was (1948)
Bird On 52nd Street (1948)
Bird At The Royal Roost (1948)
Cool Boppin' (1948)

So if anybody has any of those, I'd die for an up!

Why not counting Jazz? I think the cutoff point should be over 110 years ago. Also who is Fats Domino?
