I have Kurt Cobain's Fecal Matter Demos, but I downloaded themm off the web so I guess that doesn't count.

But anyway I've got a copy of the "Deep Six" Demo featuring six of the first Gunge bands and arguably the first Grunge record. There's some Soundgarden, Green River, and Skin Yard stuff on there.
