Similar, but still noticeably different. Over here you can pick a Kiwi accent immediately from an Australian one. Although that New Zealand newsreader sounds very Australian.
If you watch the second video, NZs say "Sux" while we say "Six", they are "cints" while we say "cents"... it's hard to describe really but it is definitely a noticeable stray from the Aussie accent.
