Contact supplier and ask if it's under warranty. In the UK manufacturers are required to provide a 1 year, fit for use warranty and will service/replace it failing that. If it is refurbished it may just need the old battery replacing, which is common with that sort of thing for the battery to stop holding a charge after a good amount of use.
