I'm pretty pumped, but I'm not sure if 'Ready' is the right word. Recently I've been running a lot of strides, to work up some speed, and some pretty long distance runs (well long for me at least; 4-8 mi), just to see how long I can go at a steady pace. I'm sure I'll do fine, but i just recovered from 'enflamed lower tendons', so hoping that won't flare up again.
