When I think of cyberpunk, I don't think so much of "punk" as in the genre of music, but more futuristic and gritty. I think of metropolises and cybernetics, information theft and pollution and society losing moral values. Throw in a bit of action, fancy guns and hackers. I'm gonna pick something along those lines
I've got a million ideas for the next comp's theme and hopefully it'll be something people find interesting.
