My student teacher for math my freshman year got me into Streetlight Manifesto. We were on a Science O trip and playing this game where you have to go around in a circle naming bands that start with the last letter of the band before you...(i won by the way...wooot... but only because I was a good lier and made up most of the bands i said) When he said Streetlight Manifesto we thought he was making it up (as it turned out, he had one of their tshirts on lol ooops!)
The point is...he got me into Streetlight Manifesto and the Bouncing Souls. Definitely a refreshment from the music i usually listen to. I don't even know what ska is, but i know i like this band! I will have to download some more of their music now.....
