Yeah, I saw a guy at the mall the other day with his pants literally down to about mid-thigh. His t-shirt wasn't particularly long or anything either so basically his entire boxer shorts from top to bottom were on display. I mean at that point why not just forego the pants altogether and just walk around in your boxers?
