Orange are cheeky bastards, here's a phonecall i had with them a while back:
Orange: Hello sir, can i interest you in changing your pay as you go deal?
Me: Um no thanks, i'm pretty happy with what i've got.
Orange: It seems now you are paying 7p per text, how you would you like to improve this to 9p per text?
Me: No i'm sorry, i... wait, that's more money!
Orange: It's more VALUE for money sir!
Followed by a few minutes of me explaining basic maths.
