unless you've got a fancy RCA only VCR there should still be a coax cable connection (the kind where you have to screw a piece of cable with a wire sticking out of it)
you'll need another converter but they're dirt cheap. (the bottom one)
any kind of random electronics / hardware store should carry these, should be no more than $2-3.
once you have those pieces in place all you need to do is hook up the old RF switch to the converter, pop that onto the coax connection on the VCR and select the proper input.
