Maria just released her 3rd album "Lady Luck" in April. It's her best one yet, in my opinion.
Quote:
LadyLuck, Taylor’s third solo effort, is about “personal growth and the change that comes with it,” she says. Much of the album was written as Taylor was preparing for a move (to Los Angeles) and immediately after arriving. “This change in my life was so so needed,” she says, “that, whereas lots of older songs have happy words but a sad undertone, these songs have sad words but with hopeful undertones of renewal.”

To better appreciate the recurring theme of "lost love" throughout the album, it's noteworthy to point out that the person she's talking about is Conor Oberst. They were in a long-term relationship (on & off) for about 7 years. This album reflects her mind state of "life after Conor."
Also noteworthy is the last track "Cartoons & Forever Plans" featuring Michael Stipe (R.E.M.) and Andy LeMaster (Now It's Overhead) providing backing vocals & co-writer credits.
