So if you stay awake from 6p.m till the next day's 7p.m. so you're awake for more than 24h. In such occasions I tend to sleep for 12 hours. You sleep 7p.m and wake up at 7-8 a.m. Perfectly normal in the school, uni or work days.

That used to work, but now when I do that I wake up at 3 in the morning and I can't go back to sleep.
