The ingredients are all present in the universe for life to form. It just needs the right conditions to happen randomly. It is certainly possible for it to all come together on it's own after billions of years.
For all we know, aliens could be the creators of life here on earth. We could all be some alien experiment created millions of years ago sent to evolve on it's own. You can't rule out the possibility of that.
