It seems odd to me that he has recieved it considering the situation in Afghanistan etc but I don't know the criteria involved and what goes on in the background so in essence I don't really care.

They have in the past and some might say they do now.

Depends who's saying it. Generally no, of course not.

Eggs in any shape or form apart from in cakes.
