It's that kind of relationship I have with his work - I go weeks, sometimes months without hearing him wondering why he's in my top scrobbled artists in LastFM, then comes that moment when I need to remind myself and I get hooked all over again. This album in particular's such a coherent unit which quite simply never falters, and given the kind of music he made that's quite an achievement. Might even have taken over the 'favourite Beefheart album' mantle from Trout Mask Replica and Decals just now.
