Lots of meditative relaxation music. Good for sleeping and calming down. Healing Therapy Music and Dr Jeffery Thompson at the moment.

Odly enough when im not listening to that its the exact opposite. Dom/stoner metal with detuned distorted guitars

I uess I like covering both end of the spectrum for a more balanced feel.

As far as media goes, websites like Pandora, Live 365, and Last FM have a huge say in what I listen to. Depending on what I see similar users liking ill often check it out.
