if you have any demos or anything you could record on to showcase yourself, then add it to myspace and post in their classifieds, best way to find musicians from home in your area that i can think of, and really the only thing i can think of considering i've taken the guitarists approach to finding a band, which is harder for a drummer to do since mostly bands that you go see already have a drummer. but you should have no problem, just get together with a guitarist and play, add members as they become available, you cant go wrong my man!
