You might like Countdown to Extinction
It's their best-selling album to date and while some fans criticize it a bit for it's mass appeal, it's still a metal classic. It was also my first Megadeth album so of course I like it quite a bit simply for that reason.

While Countdown was my first album, the first song I really liked from them was actually 99 Ways to Die from the EP Hidden Treasures from 1995 which contained previously unreleased tracks. The song is a classic track, but the same can't be said for the EP as a whole.
