Is this some thriller drama? Your "roommate" is what you call your other personality?
If setting a password at startup doesn't work, then either you're not very clever with your passwords or perhaps he resets the BIOS by temporarily removing a battery on the motherboard. Have you tried setting a password at the startup of your operative system (presumably some kind of Windows)?
