Work, build up collection over time, find used records at garage sales and the like cheap, find records people are giving away that they don't want anymore.
On another note, the new Railcars was finally delivered today (4 weeks late almost!) and my new copy of cities vs. submarines got here at the same time (my dog destroyed the original) so I'm pretty much in Heaven right now.
