when i started playing guitar i hated al the songs everyone plays like crazy train and smoke on the water i never had a guitar teacher but my mother was in to music and had me learn guitar by learning scales i started playing iron maiden and slayer a whole lot then moved on to more metal core type stuff now i make my own songs and its like melodic metal its heavy but its still melodic not just heavy fuzz but the main thing that helps me progress in music would probably be raging testoterone and monster energy
