It was a good introduction considering all the diverse stories and musicians they managed to cram in, but it felt rushed and I think it deserves a meaty 3-part documentary a la 'Prog Britannia' (you could get a good hour out of the story of Faust alone)... still, great to see some key figures interviewed, I think part of 'krautrock's appeal all along has been the elusiveness and mystery of it.
So is this the very first documentary dedicated to Krautrock, surely it can't be?

Favourite parts were: Michael Rother comparing music to water and the thing they did there with a Neu! track, perfection.
Iggy's surprise appearance, good to see him power-drilling a coconut and talking about some nice music.
