56: People who use save states as if they have a severe case of obsessive compulsive disorder
Seriously, about a third of Youtube's content is made up of this bullcrap.
Why do people even care to share this sh*t with the internet community? Wow, amazing, you have just beaten a game by erasing all those thousands of times you just died, I'm really impressed.
And thanks for ruining the music assh*le, I'm trying to ignore your awful unfunny commentary just to listen to the awesome soundtrack but instead I have to hear the same first 4 notes OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
Now don't get me wrong, save states can be a great thing, they're very useful for games that can't be beaten in one setting but don't have a normal save feature or games on emulators that can't save data on their own.
But stuff like this is just ridiculous, this guy saves every couple of seconds, he reloads the game every time he gets hit, every time he's gonna get hit, every time he thinks he's gonna get hit and every time he thinks about thinking he's gonna get hit. Even when he has a huge bar of health left. That's just f*cking lame.
I'm sorry, I just can't wrap my mind around this. Aren't these video games? Isn't dying PART of the game? When you die, you die, F*CKING DEAL WITH IT.
Whatever happened to just dying and starting all over and trying again? That's the whole point. That's why you die in the first place, it's a big part of the challenge. Any idiot can beat any game no matter how hard it is if they use quick saves and loads like f*cking mad men. It's a f*cking cop out, and when people do it for games like this.....
it's just embarassing. Congratulations dumbass, you suck at a Disney game, thank you for sharing your failure with the world.
I don't even consider it cheating, it barely qualifies as playing the f*cking game.
The kinda person who does this strikes me as being a rather disturbed individual, someone who just can't accept making a mistake. EVER! It's the exact same mentality of a spoiled 11 year old kid.
It's basically the video game equivalent of making a move at a game of chess, your opponent makes his move and right before he knocks out one of your pawns you tell him "let's start over".
Or imagine going up to bat, and telling the umpire to start over everytime you strike out.
People who do this aren't gamers, they're sore losers.
