Going by their solo works I would have to go with either Ghost or the Gza. Going by their work in the clan, Ghost or Inspectah.
My least favorite when it comes to their work as an MC is easily the Rza, not to say he isn't talented, just that his skills lie elsewhere. Although, his flow in Protect ya Neck is sick.
I like Meth, Dirty, and Ugod, they were great for adding a lot of flavor into the mix, but on a lyrical level I would not compare them to Ghost, Rza, Rae, or Inspectah.
