I disagree.
The Ring and Fishsticks are right up there among South Park's best. The Whale Whores episode was pretty great too.
Of what I've seen so far, this season has been a huge improvement over the last season, the only episodes from that season that were truly laugh out funny were Major Boobage and Super Fun Time, other than that it was pretty average.
