I'd disagree, whenever she talks about her weirdness and weird outfits she always has a lot to say. She said in high school she was a freak and she dresses so extravagantly to create a space for her fans to feel like freaks and be accepted for it. She's also done loads of speeches for *** rights and stuff like that, if you watch them you'll realise that she does have a brain. She is weird, yes, but intelligent also. If you look up videos of her performing before she was the crazy Lady Gaga, you'll see that she's also got so much talent as a performer in voice and on the piano.
