Hey, so I'm new, obviously. And I've been listening to alternative/indie for awhile, but now that I've found this site I've realized how little I really do know. And it's kind of overwhelming, sorting through all this music. So I was wondering if I could have a few artists/albums/songs to start with. Like specific stuff. My current tastes include Arctic Monkeys, the Shins, Radiohead, stuff like that (popular, I guess you would say), but I want to branch out, so anything in this genre is welcome.
