I said I had no interest in listening to the two most hyped albums of this year, but never did I say that it was BECAUSE they were hyped. I'm just very apathetic to indie, the same way you are apathetic to black metal.
And I see your universal acclaim and raise you
this. I've heard enough indie by now to know that it's not really my thing, but when a band within a genre I enjoy comes along and releases something like that, I pay attention.
