at the very LEAST people should be made of aware of this to understand that your typical iranian is not a terrorist or the enemy in any way...i have met TOO MANY people in the US who think brown skin...muslim...bad. even more people assume that because the iranian government is corrupt and bent on a war, the iranian people must be the same. these videos show that is not the case...the population there are sick of the government and want a change.

how does this affect people in the us? maybe people will start caring a bit more...maybe once the inevitable war there comes for the states people here will be a bit more understanding and we can change how we handle the situation accordingly.

edit: i have an issue with feeling empathy to the point where i can imagine myself in that situation and how i would feel...especially since it was with a handheld camera and was easy to imagine it being me. seeing that person getting run over was incredibly sad...he was already defenseless in the road..
