Karoli (Can)
was sorely tempted by Omar and also Zappa, but although I like Omar's playing I don't actually listen to him much (Mars Volta does very little for me tho they are interesting, tho his solo records are sometimes very cool) and Zappa I think of as being in a genre all his own, tho he is one of my favorite guitarists to be sure
