Default Aviv Geffen + Israeli music

Hello,
do you know Aviv Geffen? What do you think about him?
If you know Porcupine Tree, probably you know also Blackfield... and Blackfield = Steven Wilson from England (leader of Porcupine Tree) + pop singer Aviv Geffen from Israel. (But now he lives also in England.)

MySpace links:

Blackfield - english music, pop-rock

Aviv Geffen solo - english and hebrew pop-rock

Aviv Geffen - Youtube

Aviv Geffen - Wikipedia

I know, it's pop so boring music for lot of people. Also voice of Aviv is little bit odd. In my opinion Steven Wilson is better singer and although I love Blackfield I don't like so much live album of Blackfield. My fave is album Blackfield II.

English accent of Aviv is funny. In 2009 he has first english solo album (just with name Aviv Geffen) but I tried to find some his older stuff and I have to admit I like him in hebrew language much more than in english. It fits more to his strange voice and I really like this language.

You can compare one song - Black & White in both languages.

1. English version

2. Hebrew version

One old hebrew song "Seasons" from 1996

I love some songs of Aviv because he can makes really nice melodies. But I also really don't like some his songs, for example "It was meant to be a love song" I can't stand.
You can listen to lot of his songs on MySpace, he has there almost all albums. What do you think?

It's not easy to find his hebrew albums so I have for now only one but from english album I like (except Black & White) also Forest in my heart and Berlin:

Do you know some other music from Israel? I would like to know more than Aviv Geffen because I love hebrew language
