I'd most likely go with nerves triggering a fight or flight response meaning all the blood rushes to his muscles rather than his man pump. This is assuming three things 1. he actually does find you attractive (and if he didn't why would he be in this situation) 2. he actually does want to sleep with you (ref 1) 3. there's probably been a steady build up to this moment full of sexual tension and/or this will be his first time. Solution: get him baked. Kills nerves and, I gotta say I agree with Satchmo ... being stoned really doesn't do much wrong to love pump functioning. In fact probably the reverse ...
