Have you heard anything other than Merriweather Post Pavilion? While their earliest stuff up till about Campfire Songs is just a little
too experimental for me, most of their material isn't nearly as accessible and poppy as MPP. I'd say that their other albums warrant more listens as well, even though I do love Merriweather's replay value. I suggest listening to those albums before forming an opinion on the band as a whole; Merriweather is not representative of their style for the most part.
