Juliet was unique among the female characters because she was actually capable of extended periods of rational thought and not prone to letting her emotions get the best of her... and yet they had to kill her off in such a totally uncharacteristic and stupid way. It's downright f*cking obvious this was something they hadn't planned and it was a rushed decision because Juliet's actress wanted to do V. Also, I was pretty damn sure Juliet died instantly in the season finale. But then in the new episode they get me excited making me think she would survive... only to have her die mid sentence without any indication that was that fatally wounded. Talk about a f*cking tease, and a very cruel one.
