I've been finding myself increasingly enamoured with David Sylvian's work of late, which is of course why I'm giving this a spin at the moment. It's basically an early-90s Japan reunion album under a different moniker. It's a mostly instrumental kinda cross between new wave, ambient and jazz (to varying degrees), and produces a very ghostly-sounding result.
And this one's a kinda bridge between the more accessible, pop stylings of Talk Talk and their latter-day, Spirit Of Eden/Laughing Stock, avante-garde era. Top stuff in other words.
