got it. I think roughly knowing the overall plot and the direction the movie takes helps you see more details and some of the things that are buried just a little deeper and so when I recommend it to people, I always mention they should watch it again sometime later in life.
Out of the Terry Gilliam films, The Fisher King is my favourite by a gnat's whisker. I've connected with and love the plot and characters in that movie more than in any other drama I've seen although I'll admit that Brazil is the more interesting of the two. Both these are films I've owned now for years that I watch again now and then. I make sure I don't get tired of them, though.
