I don't think this chap has a thread, so here it goes (sorry if i posted it in the wrong place):
A while ago, as I was digging through my father's vinyl record collection, I stumbled upon a curious looking record:
Children Of The Night, was it's name.
I immediatly felt I had to listen to this, and so I asked good ol' Dad who the heck Nash The Slash was.
His answer: "You've never heard about him? Well, I once went to a concert back in the 80's, and he was the opening act. I thought he was so good I had to rush out and buy the album. You've got to listen to this..."
So he put it on, and I must say I enjoyed it. I was quite perplexed after I read the album sleeve that stated there were no guitars in the making of the album.
Apparently, he's known for playing electric viola and mandolin.
Not only that, he performs wrapped up in bandages like a mummy, and wearing a tuxedo and sunglasses. People didn't know who he was in the beginning, it seems. Interesting, isn't it? I thought so too, have a look his jolly old self:

The first one is the album's opening track, I was quite aprehensive towards that playful sounding beat behind all the distortion, but I've grown to enjoy it.
