Most my favourite bands seem to fall under this genre.
Tool, The Mars Volta and Porcupine Tree are obvious ones but I also love Oceansize, Pure Reason Revolution, Amplifier etc. Then there's also Muse, who are only midly related to prog, but I've loved for a number of years.
