Nujabes is a dope producer(from Japan). Here's one of his more popular tracks.
DJ Debris is an awesome producer as well. He manages to keep the beats for the hilltops commercial enough to appeal to the masses and still manages to capture that hip hop vibe. His beats combined with their intelligent and inspiring lyrics is an amazing combination.
And of course MC Bliss and DJ Izm are extremely talented as well.
