I watched the theatrical ending where...
SPOILER
Katie becomes possessed again and stares at Micah while he's sleeping for several hours. Finally she goes downstairs and begins to scream, alerting Micah who runs downstairs and some kind of struggle ensues. Then heavy footsteps, Micah's body gets hurled at the camera.
I did watch the other two endings online, the one where Katie commits suicide and when the cops shoot Katie after being startled by a slamming door.
