The Americans played a great tourney...as much as I hate to say it cause they're soft.
BUT, they played good tough hockey, Kess especially. 76% in faceoffs against mostly top line centers is insane. The unsung hero of this tournament for Canada was without a doubt Drew Doughty. In my opinion he played the best hockey consistantly all tournament. His teammates obviously thought the same considering the ovation by the crowd and team when they gave him the flag first to skate around with.

I think we proved beyond the shadow of a doubt this is complete bullsh
it. We had the best overall record, the most points, the best GF/GA ratio, the best goaltending by a LONG shot, and this is all without a rotating cast of superstars (Kane did almost nothing until the last two games).
Oh and Kessel played like s
hit, so I'm assuming you're talking about Kesler, which I heartily agree with. Zach Parise & Brian Rafalski are up there as well.
