my town is actually doing a big crackdown on driving at the moment. i can't count the amount of times i've had near misses in intersections or see absolute confusion at a 4-way stop and i'm normally a pedestrian in those situations. another big issue i see is the attitude that driving is a fundamental 'right' and not a privilege.

actually i've never even had a driver's license, i much prefer being the passenger just like the old Iggy Pop tune so my views on other drivers probably needs a bit of salt.
