In no particular order my top 5 would go:

10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2)
Reflection (needs Disposition and Triad though)
Pushit
Flood (was thrilled that they played this live during the 10k Days tour)
Vicarious

I've never understood Ticks & Leeches. It is the only Tool song that actually annoys me, not because it's necessarily bad but just because it's so random and disrupts the flow of the album.
