Why, yes, Vanilla...that has happened on occasion.
But better still is when I'm dreaming and have an orgasm in my dream! Then I wake up and think, "Oh brain! Thank you thank you thank you!"

But hopefully all people...male or female...are lucky enough to have wet dream orgasms and don't have to rely on hands or thigh-squeezing alone.
