Anything is fixable if you do enough to it, but in the case of a rained on piano, it might be very very expensive.

It depends entirely on how much rain is now in the wood, whether its warping, whether the wood after drying will be susceptible to checking, delamination etc.

The only person who could give you a good idea would be a piano repair technician.
