Not really.
Giggles... I don't know. I never found anything funny at all while high. It really depends on the person. Same with paranoia. If you're prone to it, weed will contribute greatly regardless of how "experienced" you are with it.
Seems more accurate when describing psychedelics though... I remember my first acid trip: I was laughing my balls off. About the 3rd time, that no longer happened, and never happened again through all the following trips. I can't really explain why. Maybe I'm just a cynical motherfu
