I was reading this article in the military times this morning. I can't describe how disgusted I am by this story. I don't care that they are out there supporting whatever ****ed up views they might have, but at a dead Marines funeral? It's so un-American that it should be considered treason. I understand freedom of speach, but the absolute mental anguish they intentionally inflicted on this family is inexcuseable. Did you read what some of the signs said? One sign at the Snyder funeral read "Semper Fi ***s", another read "Thank God for Dead Soldiers", and yet another read "Thank God For IEDs (which is the device which DIRECTLY caused the death of Matthew Snyder). How can a court look at this and say that these actoins were not meant to cause mental harm and distress to the Snyder family. It's one thing to excersize free speach and speak your mind to the public, but when you start targeting individuals and making it your goal to cause them distress, then it's no longer free speach it's verbal assault.

Not only do I think these people should be found in the wrong in civil court and bankrupt, but some sort of criminal penalty should be enforced as well. Not to mention the fact that someone should lock them all in a bus and kill them one by one, making the others watch and saying "where is your god to save you now?". This process should be carried out in a joint effort of all armed forces.

I was going to blog about this, but I've pretty much said everything I need to say here.
