Not ... by anyone who's a communist, or with an understanding of the meaning of oligarchy. I mean, Yeltsin installed an oligarchy after the USSR collapsed. But America, being a capitalist country is far closer to a subversive oligarchy than a

I think you need to figure out what you want your speech to be. Simply sitting down and saying "link all these together" isn't going to get something very coherent. How long does it have to be?
