When I was that age I had one dress that I liked--maybe you would have liked it, too: it was a short black dress covered with polka dots, each stitched with a different color thread.

My mom had a dress that matched and I remember we wore them on the airplane, like twins! I felt so sophisticated and chic...for a 5-year-old, that is.

Say, look at that cake in your picture! Was this your birthday party?
